I attend the Colorado ADR Conference; the Harvard Program on Negotiation (PON); Harvard Difficult Conversations Training, Crucial Conversations Training, and attended various CLE courses on Negotiation Techniques. I subscribe to and read the PON Newsletters. Other readings include Getting to Yes, Getting Past No, the Power of a Positive NO, Bargaining With the Devil.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

I recently joined the Association for Conflict Resolution to gain access to additional experts in the field and the ability to broaden my horizons.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

I want to improve the conflict model used in many unions to get better outcomes for the workplace. I want to work with schools on the conflict models and programs in an effort to improve conflict skills among younger students.
