- In organizational consulting work, I use mediation and ADR frequently to help organizations transform. As an affiliate faculty with Regis University, Global Nonprofit Leadership Department, I facilitate courses on Resolving Conflict. I am interested in the growing field of Elder Mediation, to assist families on focusing on what is really important...caring for elders in the later stages of life.
