BA Unversity of Southern California in International Relations/French
MA Antioch College in Peace Studies
Ombudsman 101, Intermediate, and other course dealing with communications, behaviour, negotiation skills development, etc. Conflict Coaching, Ombudsing in the Field, Mediator (certified - UK), UN security training including hostage negotiation.
