•I began my dispute resolution/mediation career working for the Small Claims courts in Richmond Hill and Toronto.
•My work at Small Claims Courts involved mediating employment disputes, workplace conflicts, contract disputes and insurance disputes.
•In the past few months has provided analysis and assessments for community ADR program as a board member of the Community Conflict Resolution Services of Halton.
•Worked in the local Ghanaian community resolving conflicts for the last fifteen years formalizing it with an advance certificate from York University in Toronto
