Like most of us in ADR, I am passionate about the work I do. I am committed to helping ease the challenge and stress people face every day, in all sorts of environments, in dealing with, managing, and working to resolve conflict. Helping people develop an awareness of ADR, and mediation in particular, is a component of the work I do every day.
