I am a civil engineer, construction manager and land surveyor by training. I entered the field of ADR through the claims resolution world. Spent a number of years working as a arbitrator for the California State Contractors License Board. B.S., Engineering - Purdue Univeristy; P.D., Engineering - Univ. of Wisconsin, Madison; MBA - Golden Gate University.
