What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
Although I have conducted a litigation practice since 1974, and have been a student of negotiation and settlement since the 1980's, I have been involved in mediation since my first training in 1995. I am an approved Parenting Act Mediator, current in all S.A.D.R. Training Requirements and qualifications.
Since that first training, I have attended 90+ trainings, totaling more than 350 hours of traning.
What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?
I Chair the Board of Directors of The Mediation Center, with which I am also an Affiliated Mediator. I am a Member and serve as the Secretary of the ADR Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association. And I am a Founding Member of, and also serve as the Secretary of the Nebraska Mediation Association.
What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com
Opportunities for more -- and more diverse -- training and continuing mediation education. Professionally, I would also hope to be able to mediate, facilitate, and train with other Members of the Association as opportunities to do so arise. Whenever the opportunity to do so arises, I will endeavor to co-mediate with any fellow mediators.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)
As an ODR-approved Parenting Act Mediator, and qualified to do S.A.D.R. cases, my goal is to do more mediations of, and litigate fewer cases involving, family law issues, especially custody cases.
