My interest in ADR is based in professional curiosity. I’m intrigued by the differences and similarities between approaches.

I run a coaching blog that includes a weekly Friday guest post - Jeff Thompson has been one of our previous posters. My aim with the site is to provide a valuable resource and provide exposure to a variety of different voices, approaches and opinions. I personally believe that increases flexibility and can only benefit clients. Come and see what we're doing, maybe even become a guest poster yourself.
