Currently just beginning a 240-hour training program for mediation and alternative dispute resolution, including a 60-hour internship.

As a new student of ADR, I haven't yet identified my niche, but at this point I am mostly interested in mediating in small business disputes (both B2B and B2C), and learning more about arb-med/med-arb and if that's an appropriate role for a non-legal-profession-based mediator (perhaps teamed with an attorney/arbitrator).
