Continually inform myself of changing boundaries in ADR by reading research and/or analysis of trends, with an eye towards business creation

I have founded an ODR service that provides clients with the following:
(1) Ability to control expenses, because cost is based on the number of pages of briefs/evidence submitted for review;
(2)A result guaranteed within 60 days;
(3)An opportunity to respond to the other party's position;
(4)Access to all communications and filings;
(5)A clear path to requesting that an attorney unbundle his/her services;
(6)Confidentiality;
(8)A simple procedure without legalese;
(9)A written ruling based upon the law;
(10)No requirement to be at a certain place at a certain time;
(11)No unpleasant face-to-face interaction;
(12)Public ratings;
(13)A decision-maker who discloses financial and charitable relationships;
(14)A decision-maker with both scholarly and business experience.
