What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

I'd like to see a greater percentage of industry people with underwriting backgrounds receive more arbitration assignments. They are the ones who designed the process and know what the intent of the clause is to accomplish. They are the ones who underwrote the business, but find it very difficult to obtain assignments.
