Graduate of Cornell University Labor college and Harvard University School of Business.
Fifteen years as a chief labor negotiator and twenty years as mediator in labor impasses and eeo grievances.

Panel mediator for NYS Public Employees Relations Board. U.S. Postal service. Pa. Department of correction. Pa. Department of aging.

What we normaly encounter when we have a mediaton is a problem with communication.It seems on many occasions the issues are cloudy.
What I'm doing now is placing the parties together facing a blackboard. We place an issue of contention on the board. The question before them is resolution and understanding.
