- Performed Mediations within several organizations as the Peer mediator and set up mediation standards corporation dispute as first line prevention/retention. Performed Managerial mediation and arbitration within companies and organizations to facilitate cross divisional cooperation. Negotiated terms and pricing for multiple groups for supplies, stock, product, employment, etc. Management experience and employee retention training from several organizations which was a facet of mediation on how to keep good members and reduce bad apples type of training. 41/3 from ADRSI, participant of MediationLab, American Bar Assoc. MCLEs and Oklahoma Bar Assoc. MCLEs., BS in Criminal Justice Management and Ethics (BS CJM/E), Doctorate in Theology (TH.D.)

- I want to expand my ODR to support the digital world as I have computer programming training and experience and understand the conflicts that arise from intellectual property. I also have several theories in youth ADR that I would like to expand into the school system to prevent disastrous events.
