What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I was a Superior Court Judge for 12 years and left the full time bench to do mediation. I now substitute for Circuit and Superior Court Judges around Indiana, practice mediation with Van Valer Dispute Resolution, and serve as part time City Court Judge in Franklin, IN.

While mediating case by case, I want to develop a practice that teaches and chooses the least restrictive method of dispute resolution which will result in an enduring solution.
