What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

Masters of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from the Werner Institute at Creighton Law School. I worked as a mediator/facilitator at the Concord Center in Omaha, NE where I mediated small claims at the county courthouse. I've been trained in public policy mediation, basic mediation, facilitation, facilitating child protection conferences, and community conferencing.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County and Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration.

Continuing education on new research and techniques to help me become a well-rounded and informed mediator who has the tools to address any situation.
