What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I have been a mediator for 15 years. I teach undergraduate and graduate students about conflict management, conflict resolution processes, ethical practices in conflict resolution, critical thinking, managing change within organizations and many other subjects. I have offered workshops and trainings for many years and currently work as Executive Director of a community mediation center.

I have two Master's degrees and J.D.

I would like to see an initiative begun in every state to include communication and conflict resolution training for every elected representative.
