Formerly a civil prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice’s Environmental Enforcement Section, and a civil litigator in Colorado, I have in-depth experience with numerous types of civil case including construction, contracts, real estate and personal injury. I provide mediation services, as well as binding and non-binding arbitration.
