What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

28 years working with young people - training jhs and hs teens to become mediators and then training interested peer mediators to become trainers, focusing on professionalism, public speaking, personal growth, etc.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

EARS is our organization (Effective Alternative in Reconciliation Services). We have worked with SPIDR and later ACR international. A former EARS youth, now an adult, is on the Board of Directors and the Diversity Committee of ACR.

What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com

Opportunities for our young people to share ideas and experiences in ADR and how conflict resolution and related skills have positively shaped their lives. EARS is also teen-led and teen-run.
