well, this is my 1st time to be involved in this process and I believe I will learn a lot from you as I have changed my carrier from Human resource to Conflict management and resolutions.

am not in any ADR org. But am willing to join one soon if allowed.

What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com

I would expect to learn more about the methodology, framework, and any new strategy which can help us on the field level to analyze the conflict, to mediate and resolve any dispute in the community level.

I would like to share my thoughts and feeling about the whole conflict management is done in Somalia and how can we change the strategies in order to bring peace to this country.

my plan is to help young Somali girls and boys to educate,train, and empower them so that they can unite and have one voice for peace.

I would like to learn more on conflict management from ADR, as I have mentioned above I need to equip myself in order to serve the Somali community.

I am based in Nairobi for now as am doing Master degree on International Relations.
