- I have been a mediator since 1997. Also have been a program manager for court annexed program in the state of New Mexico in the ares of restorative justice, Dependency and Neglect, Domestic relation and small claims. I have delivered Conflict resolution at New Mexico University for the Law school as well as the Community Behavioral Division.

- New Mexico Mediation Association - Board Member, New Mexico Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission, New Mexico Bar Association ADR Committee.
