Consultant to several law enforcement Crisis Negotiation Teams; guest lecturer at FBI Hostage Negotiation School, North Carolina Justice Academy; Presenter at NC Association of Crisis Negotiators; scenario advisor to joint North Carolina FBI HNT/ERT exercise. My formal education was as a counseling psychologist and for the past 30 years I have owned and managed an Employee Assistance Program consulting firm.
