What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

ADR Certification through 40 hour in-house program at JFK University, California.  Certified as a Court Mediator with California Courts.  Numerous hours of classroom and seminar style continued education.  Over 10 years of successful small claims court and corporate employee relations cases.  Completed several ADR classes within the Juris  Doctor program, awarded JD May 2009.
