What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

Affiliated with the Resolution Center, Beatrice, NE from 1997 to 2007. Training from Nebraska's ADR program in mediation, facilitation, and parenting plans. Completed 'The Art of Facilitation' with William Southworth. Assisted as a coach at Basic Mediation Trainings. Have made presentations on conflict resolution of shared trails and public meetings at national trails conferences.

Though not a main duty, I advise parks and personnel on conflict resolution and facilitation issues, facilitate meetings, and make recommendations for park staff to find mediators across 13 state region.
