What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
I am a sixteen year labor and employment law attorney with trial and appellate experience in discrimination and class action cases. I trained with the Northern California Mediation Center and graduated from the University of Michigan Law School. I have hundreds of additional hours of training on a range of dispute resolution topics and techniques. I am a mediator on many court panels, as well as the EEOC and various federal employee panels. I enjoy mediating governmental disputes involving employee matters and large public policy conflicts involving multiple stakeholders.
What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?
