Emphasis on intra-family financial, estate and business disputes. I would like to mediate contested will and estate mattters and business/partnership disputes. I want more businesses, insurers and individuals to think of mediation as a primary alternative dispute resolution tool and not just an alternative. Mediation should be where disputes go as a first choice.
