What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

M.A. Conflict Management. Training in family, domestic violence, ethics. Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil and Family mediator. Volunteer with Nashville Conflict Resolution Center. Co-mediator in General Civil and Juvenile courts handling Child neglect, landlord tenant, Victim Offender cases and Parenting Plans, one large scale facilitation using technology.

I hope to continue more graduate study and do so in the area of International Conflict Management. Women's anti-violence, peace building and empowerment through leadership and ADR training is of special interest. I'd like to network with indigenous and formally trained mediators throughout the black diaspora. I am working to introduce mediation and mediators of color to minority communities to describe a viable alternative to litigation.
