NVMS has provided professional and community mediation, training, education and consulting since 1988. NVMS was created by graduates and associates of the School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University where is remains hosted by and affiliated with.

NVMS works with more than 100 mediators and conflict resolution professionals to deliver the highest quality mediation, program design, program management, training, facilitation, community and organizational problem solving and related conflict resolution services.
We offer an array of training workshops in mediation, communication, consensus-building, conflict resolution skills, facilitation, and negotiation. In addition, NVMS offers certificate programs in Federal Workplace Mediation, Commercial and Workplace Mediation, Organizational Conflict Resolution and Family Mediation. Supreme Court of Virginia Mediator Certifications can also be obtained through us.
