- I was trained in Peer Mediation in 8th grade, but since then the only experience I have had has been in the ADR class I am currently taking this semester.

- I am hoping to gather a better insight into the world of ADR. From what I have learned so far it seems that ADR has been making an impressive impact in the justice system and would like to become more informed on where our legal system and way of solving disputes is headed
