What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I am a Doctoral Candidate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. I co-coordinate and mediate small claims and General District Cases for Alexandria City, VA. I also mediate real estate transactions.
In the summers, I do research and trainings in South America.
