What is your profession and title?

I am a licenced social worker. I have worked as a school administor, teacher,school social worker, Cuyahoga county social woker and much more I am a prospective school psychology student with a masters in psychology.

What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I have over 40 years of experience advocating for parents, students, and children in the greater Cleveland area. I am a successful product of Cleveland public Schools.

Have been an administor, teacher, school social worker and Cuyahoga County Family and Children social worker. I have a passion for working with people and an innate ability to help people be successful.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

I am currently not active in any ADR organizations. I was given the title of women of the year by the First Presbyterian Church in East Cleveland for my outstanding work for the students at Shaw Academy and in the East Cleveland community in 2006

I have worked and supported the Cleveland Mental Health Board for mental health in our schools in the greater Cleveland area.

What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com

I am looking for employment preferrablely half time because I plan to get my Ohio School Certication for school psychology at Cleveland State University.

I am a very unique person and I have very creative and I hope in the future to have a business relation with your organization to help students be successful.

Currently my experience as a educator has taught me that todays' school population of students is very needy and behavior management and parenting training is missing in our schools. Before a student can be academic they must know how to behave and parents need parenting and advocacy to learn how to advocate as a parent , adult and much more.
