Began mediating in 1992, managed a community mediation/rj program for 16 years, now independent. RJ focus is on violent crime initiatives and currently mediating family disputes. BS in sociology with social work and criminal justice certificates, and a Masters in Organization and Leadership with a conflict management focus.

Mediate.com; Appointed to the Colorado Restorative Justice Council.
