Training: mostly here at CRT, but also numerous conferences, miscellaneous workhops
Experience: various community mediations, various workplace mediations, design consulting, facilitations, training delivery

CRT is a founding members of the Ontario Community Mediators Coalition.
CRT is a member of the American National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM).
I am a Board member of the ADR Institute of Ontario.

CRT is an unusual blend of free, grant supported community mediation service and professional for fee ADR services provider. This mix gives us a fairly broad perspective on the field.
