What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com

To become familiar with the current movement of peace building and in particular the multidimensional theory of conflict transformation. I am interested in the contemporary conciliatory gestures in conflict transformation that are slowly gaining attention as reasonable alternatives to resolution of conflict within various identity groups.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

Understanding that peace is a process, not an event, I am focusing my studies on the theory of conflict transformation, implemented by a systemic approach to peace building, characterized by various strategies aimed at changing perceptions and improving communication skills addressing the roots of conflict, including inequality and social justice. Included in my study are the spiritual perspectives of conflict transformation, especially the Bahai practice of consultation. I want to understand where the study and practice of Conflict transformation is headed, why it is necessary and how all such efforts contribute to global peace.
