What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I currently have no documented experience in ADR; however, I have mediated in the workplace, and plan to continue my education so I may pursue ADR in the future.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

This is my first ADR organization. I belong to NACADA National Advising Association.

What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com

ADRhub was recommened by my instructor. I'm hopeful to network with others, and see how I fit into the ADR scene.

This is my first.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

I currently have my MA: Process Analysis and Improvement. I am also one course away from having my certificate in Adult Education, and two courses away from having my certificate in Conflict Resolution. I would like to incorporate ADR within adult learning settings. I have 20 years experience in adult education, and hope to consult help other find solutions in the arena.
