Extensive training. Multiple 40 hour trainings and over 1,000 hours of advanced mediation training. MA in Psychology and JD in Law.

ACR, Mediate.com, ABA DR Section (Committee co-chair); State Bar of MI ADR Section (chair); Grand Rapids (MI) Bar-ADR Section (past chair); Dispute Resolution Center of West Michigan; MWI panel; various court panels and programs.
