What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

Basic arbitration training and numerous ACE updates through the American Arbitration Association, 40 hour basic mediation training and continuing education courses. I have served as sole arbitrator and as panel chair in employment (contract and discrimination), title insurance, medical malpractice, and consumer claims. I am a Rule 31 listed mediator in Tennessee.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

American Arbitration Association rosters of arbitrators and mediators, member of approved panels of Arbitrators and Mediators for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, member of ADR sections of American, Tennessee and Federal Bar Associations.
