Stakeholder research and conflict management. The research focused on the tension between 1.) stakeholders 2.) profitable production culture and 3.) social investment. It included the development of a principle called High Impact Dialogue, ‘Walk The Talk’. The principle focused on the cooperation between supervisors and alignment to the brand values.
