Hi Sarah: My name is Paul Jenkinson and I am the Project Communications Coordinator for Smartsettle and Smartsettle Family Resolutions Centre. I am wondering where you are currently practicing law? It is great that you want to learn more about the ADR field. Recently Smartsettle Family was approved as a provider of professional development training by the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada. This is an exciting development for our ADR company as it provides another avenue for us to show Smartsettle Infinity to the legal profession. We have also spun off our first independant in the market company which provides on-line or eNegotiation services in the area of family agreements. If you are interested I would be happy to help you engage the first 8 on line Smartsettle modules. The training is easy to navigate as shown by a 14 year old who was job shadowing her dad. He suggested she take the on-line training and she completed the first 8 modules in slightly over 3 hours. ADR and ODR is likely to be second nature to people who have grown up on the web.
