What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com

I am hoping to become more connected with the ADR community, learn from those already established in the field, and learn about potential job opportunities.

I just finished my Master's degree in Conflict Resolution, and will be graduating in June (2012). I wrote my thesis on current practices in ombuds offices in higher education institutions, and am very interested in organizational ombuds work as a career. I am also very interested in providing organizational and interpersonal conflict management resources to businesses, groups, and individuals through conflict coaching, conflict assessment, and conflict management systems design.
