What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

Began with Settlement Week in Franklin County Courts in 1987 with basic training in 1988. Volunteer mediator for Small Claims Court from 1989 to present. Circuit Rider for the Supreme Court of Ohio 1990-1992 setting up small and rural municipal court mediation programs. Mediator Magistrate for Clermont County Ohio Common Pleas Court 2002-2005. General private practice of law and mediation since 2005.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

Association for Conflict Resolution, American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution, Ohio Mediation Association (Past President), Ohio State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Committee (Former Chair), Columbus Bar Association Dispute Resolution Committee (former Chair).

Networking with other professionals in the field.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

Working with a committee of the Ohio Mediation Association to explore certification of mediators in the State of Ohio.
