What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

Numerous training through the years (Kansas), general, domestic,corporate, have an MBA.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

Presently I am connected to Heartland Mediation but moved three years ago from Wichita where I was part of the founding group with Wichita Mediation Center. I have not connected with the Alabama group yet as there does not seem to be as active a group of non attorney mediators.
