- I am a mediator and conflict skills trainer. My training includes certification as a paralegal from California State University-Monterey Bay, as well as mediation skills training from the Conflict Solutions Center of Santa Barbara County and Nonviolent Communication training from Radical Compassion. I am a volunteer mediator for the Conflict Solutions Center of Santa Barbara County, and I mediate and facilitate in the employment, landlord-tenant, civil, elder and educational areas.
