-Mediator and ADR Program Manager, Seattle Federal Executive Board
-Over 300 hours of workplace mediation experience, mostly as co-mediator
-Hundreds of hours of ADR Training
-Presenter at NW ADR Confernece and Federal DR Conference in 2011
