What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I recieved a BA in Communication with an emphasis in dispute resolution. I am a certified mediator and I am finishing my masters degree in communication focusing on Health Communication and Conflict Mangement.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

I do not currently belong to any organizations however I subscribe to Mediate.Com

What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com

The number cause of sentinel events in health is communication, most often communication erros that lead to conflict. I want to learn as much as I can in the field so that I can be an asset in healthcare conflict resolution.

What other ADR related sites do you visit?

Medicate.com is the only one other than ones on LinkedIn

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

I hope to work in the field of ADR in healthcare. I have a background in both health and communciation and thought ADR would be a great area to further my education in.
