Mr. Gutman has engaged in full-time, exclusive practice since 2004 as an arbitrator and mediator, in labor and employment, business, and other civil disputes. He has a wide-ranging background in matters of public (education, police, fire, public works, corrections, hospital, transportation, ) and private sector labor relations, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and civil rights.
