Mr. Gutman, a former Principal in the law firms of Semmes, Bowen & Semmes and Blum, Yumkas, Mailman and Gutman, with an Aav@ Martindale Hubbell rating is engaged in the ADR practice of mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Gutman has engaged in full-time, exclusive practice since 2004 as an arbitrator and mediator, in labor and employment, business, and other civil disputes. He has a wide-ranging background in matters of public (education, police, fire, public works, corrections, hospital, transportation, ) and private sector labor relations, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and civil rights. He has arbitrated and mediated over 120 cases, including complex multiparty and class action disputes.
