What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

Began in early '80s. Former Consultant Member Academy of Family Mediators, now Advanced Practitioner member ACR and AFM. Mediated 1,000s of cases primarily family, but some probate, non-profit, business, faith-based, and elder law in the mix. Honors psychology B.A., honors Juris Doctor, thousands of hours training in psychotherapy, systems, organizational dispute resolution.

ACR, Arizona ACR (AACR), International Collaborative Practice Association, Arizona Collaborative Colleagues, State Bar of Arizona ADR Section.

My spirituality practice guides, sustains, and leads me whatever I'm doing. It also includes witnessing, guiding, encouraging others in their spiritual development and practice.I also love humor, the Green Bay Packers, nature, my 2 Pekes and 2 rescue cats, more birds than we can afford to feed, my oil painter husband, Jack Dyer, our 6 kids and 14 grandchildren, not necessarily in that order. Movie, literature, and history nut, also. Former county supervisor, alcohol and drug educator, director of d.v. and sexual assault center,car dealer, labor negotiator,former public access t.v. talk show host, former emergency and foster parent...and the wheel keeps a'turnin.
