What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I work at Eckerd Youth Alternatives as a Counselor and tracker for juveniles who are currently on probation. I work for District 3 of Louisiana.

What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?

I am a child advocate and have worked with my University on projects out of the country for school oriented organizations.

What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com

I hope to build on my knowledge of counseling and behavioral health studies.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

I would like to focus on growth as an employee and learn from all experiences I may endeaver. I have taken from my experience in counseling youth and families that it takes a strong bond between parents, kids , schools ,and other influential individuals to create a successful environment for the youth.
