Bruce A. Friedman, Esq. Joins JAMS in Santa Monica

SANTA MONICA – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Bruce A. Friedman, Esq. to its panel. Mr. Friedman will be based in the JAMS Santa Monica Resolution Center. He will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and special master in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial,

Class Action/Mass Torts, Entertainment/Sports, Environmental, Financial Markets, Insurance, Professional Liability and Real Estate.

 

Mr. Friedman began his neutral career after nearly 40 years as a trial lawyer handling cases in a number of areas including insurance, class action and professional liability. He is known for his ability to form relationships with carrier representatives and outside counsel. He was also lead trial counsel in dozens of jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations and routinely represented clients in high-stakes litigation.

Mr. Friedman received his B.A. from Claremont McKenna University and his J.D. with honors from George Washington University School of Law.
