In our show “Come As You AreThe Mediation Experience”I will be speaking with Louise Phipps Senft about the mediation experience. If you are considering mediation, what should you be asking your potential mediator and what can you do to prepare for a meaningful dialogue? We will also look at what a mediator is actually doing in the mediation, and how their own worldview impacts how they work with disputants. This is important to understand especially when you are looking to work with a mediator. You will also hear mediation stories that have inspired and transformed the conflict between people.

Returning to the show is Louise Phipps Senft from
