Dances of Universal Peace - Dance and Pray Together for Peace

Adam Burk

The program will explore how the Dances of Universal Peace can help to open the way toward conflict resolution. Over more than 45 years, the Dances of Universal Peace have traveled to as many as 50 countries, and more than 200 circles meet regularly in North America alone. The Dances help to bring people together in the spirit of understanding, cooperation, and peaceful co-existence, and help to awaken enduring peace in the hearts of all participants.

Adam Burke is a Certified Dance Leader and is in his 6th year serving on the Board of Directors of the non-profit org, Dances of Universal Peace North America, which serves the United States and Canada. Adam leads twice-monthly Dances in the Phoenix area and has led Dances, Kirtan and other sacred music as part of Peace gatherings and holiday celebrations at camps and retreats across the Southwest, Mid-West, Hawaii, and as far away as India.
